These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of digital credit packs available through LoveYouMake.

1. Digital Credits and Scope

LoveYouMake sells digital credit packs that can be used to unlock premium service features.

Credits do not represent legal tender, stored monetary value, or a bank deposit.

Credits do not expire while your account remains active. If an account stays inactive for 24 consecutive months, remaining credits may expire after at least 30 days' prior notice.

2. Product Information and Pricing

Credit pack names, included credit amounts, and prices are displayed before checkout.

Displayed prices are tax-inclusive (TTC) when legally required. Where VAT is not applicable, the checkout summary indicates the applicable tax treatment.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by external payment providers (including Stripe).

You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected amount at checkout confirmation.

Available payment methods are those displayed by the payment provider during checkout. Billing information may be requested to process and secure the transaction.

4. Credit Delivery and Activation

When payment is confirmed, credits are added to your account or associated guest wallet.

Credit activation is usually immediate and may take up to 24 hours in case of payment verification delays.

5. Refund Policy

Credit purchases are final and non-refundable once processed, except where mandatory consumer law grants a right to refund.

If a payment error occurs (duplicate charge, confirmed technical failure), contact support at [email protected].

Refund requests must include the purchase email, transaction reference, and description of the issue. Eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days after validation.

6. Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks

We may suspend delivery or revoke related credits in case of suspected fraud, abuse, payment dispute misuse, or policy violation.

Chargeback claims inconsistent with actual service delivery may result in account restrictions.

Fraud and abuse cases are reviewed internally, and a decision is generally issued within 30 days.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, withdrawal rights may be lost once performance begins with prior express consent and acknowledgment, where legally applicable.

By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge the potential loss of withdrawal rights to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to Offers

We may update available packs, prices, and promotional offers at any time. Changes do not retroactively affect already confirmed purchases.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under applicable EU law.

Parties should seek an amicable resolution before litigation.

Failing amicable resolution, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
