1. Access to the Service

LoveYouMake provides digital tools to create, edit, and share personalized letters.

The service is intended for users aged 16 or older. If you are under 16, you may use the service only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian, where permitted by applicable law.

2. Accounts and Authentication

Some features require account authentication (for example through third-party identity providers).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed under your account.

We may temporarily restrict account access if we detect suspicious activity, abuse, or security risk.

3. User Content

You remain responsible for the content you create, upload, or share through the service.

You confirm that your content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

We may remove content that appears unlawful, abusive, or infringing, and we aim to acknowledge abuse reports within 72 hours.

4. Intellectual Property

The LoveYouMake brand, interface, and service materials are protected by intellectual property rights.

Except where expressly allowed, you may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit service assets.

For the sole purpose of operating the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display your content.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
• interfere with service integrity or security;
• upload malware, harmful scripts, or deceptive content.

6. Availability and Liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain continuity, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Except in cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death, personal injury, or other mandatory legal exceptions, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (i) EUR 100 or (ii) the amount paid by you to LoveYouMake during the previous 12 months.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of Terms breach, fraud, security risk, or legal requirement.

Where reasonably possible, we provide prior notice of at least 7 days before termination. In urgent security or legal cases, suspension may take effect immediately.

You may contest a suspension or termination by contacting [email protected] within 14 days after notification.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes are notified on the website and/or user interface at least 15 days before they take effect.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available in the user's country of residence within the EU.

In case of dispute, parties should first attempt an amicable resolution.

Failing amicable resolution, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that allow consumers to bring claims before courts of their place of residence.
